I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of this hotel was superb, with a fresh feel and well-kept dining tables. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a nice kitchen, cozy couches, and a pool table. The location of this hotel was perfect, with many restaurants nearby and the subway station within reach. Additionally, the staff members were always warm and helpful.

Location was not suitable and the nearest grocery mall and starbucks coffee was 15 minutes away by walk.

They tried to put the price up by a considerable amount when we checked in. They eventually backed down but were then unfriendly for the remainder of our stay.

The room at Citadines was incredibly comfortable, with a spacious layout and a large, cozy bed. The small kitchenette was a convenient feature, and the daily amenities provided added a nice touch. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the washing machines and free gym access were great bonuses. Despite being located near shops and restaurants, the room was remarkably quiet at night, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel's proximity to the metro also made exploring Xi'an a breeze. I had an excellent experience at Citadines and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Most of the staff do not seek English. The breakfast was not good.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The wifi connection worked well and there was a great selection of English TV channels. The location was convenient: close to restaurants and shops and easy to access public transportation.

The bathroom was outdated and had issues with the toilet not flushing properly. The AC unit was noisy and did not cool the room enough.

The polite and helpful staff made our trip even better, and the breakfast was well-balanced and had a wide variety of choices. Despite the location being away from the center, we enjoyed the peacefulness and easy walk to nearby restaurants and a supermarket. We got a safe and clean modern car for our sightseeing trip.

Taxis were difficult to come by in the area, but we were able to arrange a driver through the hotel at a reasonable price.

That the language barrier made it difficult to explore the city on our own. It was best to rely on hotel staff to arrange for sightseeing trips, as the local dialect was hard to understand.
